Lineage healing blends shamanic ceremonial access to ancestors with Internal Family Systems’ Legacy Unburdening. Burdens, trauma and beliefs can be communicated firsthand from parent to child, the origins of which might come from the experiences of someone else who lived generations earlier. Inherited family trauma can pass from one generation to the next, maintained and perpetuated through family silence and secrets.
